 Welcome to our beautiful
villa which is situated at the prestigious community of Westbury, one of Orlando's
most impressive communities.
With over 2,755 sq ft of living space, our
two storey home is much larger than the standard Orlando rental villa, and would be ideal for a large family or two smaller families sharing.
Upon your arrival at
our villa you will not have to go running round trying to find the
management company in order to pick the front door key up, as it is
stored in a lock box by the front door. We will send you the code to
open it 10 days before your arrival date.
The villa, which is
fully alarmed for your security and peace of mind, is made up of 5 bedrooms
(3 master suites each with a 32" flat screen
television), 4 bathrooms (3 en-suite), a 30 x 15 ft private Pool and Spa with a extended pool deck
and high level of privacy,
a formal dining room, a large seating area called the Great room which
overlooks the pool area,
a Games room (includes table Football, Pool table, table Tennis,
Electronic Basketball Hoop, Air Hockey and
a Darts board), a fully fitted kitchen,
air conditioning and heating throughout, laundry facilities, a 51"
Television with cable TV in the Great room, a
Television and DVD player in every bedroom, unlimited high speed
internet access, a XBox 360 and a PlayStation2 games machine, both with
a selection of games, and a CD player. The pool also has
colour changing lights which look especially great when your sitting
around it at night.
For families with a
youngster in the party, we have a number of items available at no extra
cost to help make your life a little easier. These include a baby
monitor, 2 strollers with sun shades,
travel cot, highchair, 2 baby gates for the stairs, a cot, some toys and a booster seat for the dining chair.
The five bedrooms allow 10 adults to sleep comfortably but should this not quite
fulfill your needs, an easy to transform Queen sized sofa bed can be found in the
Great room.
 The villa is situated in the ideal location for you to to experience all that Orlando has to offer, whether its the world famous theme
parks (Walt Disney World can be is reached in just 15 minutes), the award winning Golf
courses (over 20 full size courses with-in a 20 mile radius), the outstanding malls and retail
outlets (including the fantastic Market Street at
Celebration), or the huge selection of quality restaurants,
diners and bars (many more than you could possibly hope to visit in one
holiday).
 
  Located just a short distance from Westbury you'll
find all the essential amenities including a variety of shops, bank,
petrol station, a Super Wal-Mart and Publix supermarket.
Being
located on the US 27, closeby to both the US 192 and the Interstate 4,
gives you easy access to all of Orlando's main thoroughfares, meaning
that you'll find it easy where ever you wish to go around Orlando. The Interstate 4 provides direct access Southwest to Tampa
(65
minutes) and Northeast to the centre of Orlando and the Airports
(Orlando airport 30 minutes, Sanford airport 1 hour).
